Josie Gibson

Josie Gibson is a leadership and business coach, mentor and adviser on complex business and community projects. An associate of Macquarie University’s Centre for Workforce Futures, she is active in initiatives exploring new work, community collaboration and economic models and practices. A former journalist specialising in geopolitics, she has held senior roles in diverse organisations and worked in all sectors. Josie has established and grown a number of businesses including multinational peer groups and The Catalyst Network, a unique changemaker community. Her latest venture is advisory firm CatalystFX.
