ResilientCo is supporting The Resilience Canopy’s monitoring and evaluation, including developing a theory of change, evaluation plan and measurement framework. We are facilitating quarterly learning conversations to record observed changes in the resilience-building system in Australia, including:

• practices,

• collaboration,

• voice and power, and

• mental models

 

as well as

​

• connection

• respect

• empowerment

• wisdom

 

​We are developing dashboards using excel and PowerBI to provide real-time updates on community engagement and satisfaction with the program.
