Critical Infrastructure Emergency Risk Assessment

Client: Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action

ResilientCo has previously worked with the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) to review the emergency risks to the critical infrastructure sectors of water and energy in Victoria.

This work included extensive internal and external engagement including, workshops with internal SMEs, state bodies and companies in these sectors to determine risks and impacts. We then assessed the criticality and vulnerability of each sector component to the identified emergency risks, as well as the dependency with other critical infrastructure sectors.

Our deep experience across sectors enabled us to support teams to think more broadly and innovatively. We were able to prompt rich conversations leveraging our cross-sectorial experiences.
