Crisis Management Capability Uplift

Client: University of Melbourne

ResilientCo is supporting the University of Melbourne to strengthen its emergency management capability across a large, complex organisational environment with diverse assets, stakeholders and operational requirements.

This work involves reviewing existing emergency management, crisis management and business continuity arrangements and developing an integrated framework that supports coordinated response across faculties, campuses and central functions.

We are working with key stakeholders to clarify governance structures, roles and responsibilities, escalation pathways and decision-making protocols, ensuring alignment across the organisation and improving coordination during incidents. The project includes development and refinement of plans, supporting documentation and tools that enable consistent and effective responses to a range of emergency scenarios.

A key component of this work is engagement with a broad cross-section of stakeholders to ensure that systems are practical, understood and embedded across the organisation. This includes facilitating workshops, supporting capability uplift, and ensuring that frameworks reflect the operational realities of a complex, decentralised environment.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver scalable, integrated emergency management systems within large organisations, supporting continuity of operations and coordinated responses to disruption.
