"We're All In This Together"

Our Managing Director Brett Ellis presented at the New South Wales Rural Fire Service community engagement and fire awareness conference recently to talk all things resilience.

The June 2024 conference had the great theme of "We're All In This Together - Partnerships and Future Challenges".

Brett spoke about how organisations such as the RFS can and do support communities to lead their own resilience journeys. He also spoke of some of the blockers to resilience, the importance of connectivity and supporting the most vulnerable.

Our growing charity The Resilience Canopy is building an ecosystem to support community led resilience through training, support, connection and partnerships.

NSW RFS is doing some great work with communities through its passionate volunteers and staff.
