Partnering for Climate Conversations

We're proud to partner with the City of Port Phillip and The Resilience Canopy to support communities to plan for and thrive in the face of future shocks and stresses as part of their Climate Ready Communities Project.

As part of the collaboration, last week 25 wonderful community members, leaders, council representatives and others committed to supporting their communities completed The Resilience Canopy-facilitated training.

Already, a couple of the newly trained practitioners are planning their first engagements with their communities. Under this collaborative model, the ResilientCo team is working on the ground with practitioners and communities to deliver Climate Ready Plans that will foster climate preparedness and ongoing environmental action. 

Thanks to the City of Port Phillip for hosting the training,  Asylum Seeker Resource Centre Catering, The Resilience Canopy for facilitating the training, and to the participants for so warmly sharing their experiences. We look forward to supporting the journey.
