Shehani Noakes
Senior Associate
Shehani comes with extensive experience in strategy development, project management, economic analysis and risk management across a number of geographies and sectors.
She has managed large scale climate projects including during her time in Corporate Affairs at ANZ, managing the development and execution of ANZ’s position, associated policies, and investment to support the shift to a lower-carbon economy. This involved working across functions and geographies to build a group-wide strategy and engaging extensively with the Board, Corporate customers, and Government and Non-Government organisations.
To date, she has led a range of projects at ResilientCo focused on building organisational and community resilience to climate impacts. She is a Non- Executive Director of Red Cross Lifeblood and the International Women’s Development Agency and sits on the Finance and Investment Committees of both these organistions. Overall, Shehani has exceptional strategic capabilities and is able to distil complexity to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
