Deborrah Jepsen is a highly skilled senior executive with experience in economic investment and strategy development.
Aligned with her work in senior roles within the Victorian Government, Deborrah has extensive experience in corporate, business and risk planning. Her high-level responsibilities have included oversight of sector governance structures, community-focused programs, and the development of business cases for State Government funding for all emergency management agencies.
Deb is a practical, hands on leader with proven experience in partnering across business, all levels of government, agencies and community. She was responsible for leading the clean-up and recovery of communities after major bushfires in Victoria in 2015.
