Crisis and Emergency Management Arrangements Review

ResilientCo undertook a review of the Crisis and Emergency Management policies and processes at EACH, a provider of health and social services across Australia. We undertook a 4-phase program to deliver a report outlining the current state of crisis and emergency management at EACH and identifying gaps and opportunities, and a presentation to the Executive. We completed a desktop review, interviews with internal stakeholders and a workshop with staff to inform the report. We were subsequently approached to deliver their Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan.
